This was a clean installation attempt on a formatted SSD. I did not receive any warnings after setting up the partitions and pressing Continue.
The installation was similar to 15.10 installation process which went just fine on the same system. I then upgraded 15.10 to 16.04 which I'm now running. I'm planning to test again the installation of 16.04 LTS on more recent installation media (beta 2) as soon as I receive a new SSD, hopefully next week.
