Binary package hint: gnome-main-menu
After installing g-m-m, 'logout' and 'lock screen' appear in
applications-other menu as well as in the 'more applications' browser of
g-m-m itself. These should be hidden by default instead, hiding them
with alacarte doesn't seem to cause g-m-m any problems.
