On Ubuntu 16.04. virt-manager installation fails because it depends on
gir1.2-vte-2.90 but only gir1.2-vte-2.91 is available.

$ sudo apt-get install virt-manager
Reading package lists... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
