This fixes it.

On the Dropbox menu go to Preferences. Deselect "Start Dropbox on system
startup"

Go to Session and Startup > Application Autostart and add the following
startup item:

bash -c 'export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS="" && dropbox start -i'
