Missing in packages for s390x support.
libstdc++.so.5 is required for the old binaries that cannot be launched under
Ubuntu 16.04 without recompiling.
To reproduce:
1. Install apt-file.
2. Run apt-file update.
3. Run apt-file search libstdc++.so.5
