Ubuntu 16.04 Developement version Xenial.
Cinnamon version: 2.8.6-1ubuntu1
Basically, using steam, in random behaviours I'm unable to see in the
Cinnamon window list usual steam conversation chat window with people,
basically, the window in the window list applet appears once and in
random behaviour it disappears. However, I'm able to see it in the
ALT+TAB list. But not in the panel Window list, I have to reload steam.
In xsession-errors I got:

The window should remain visible
The window does not appear randomly, closing and reopening the window
with a single person, in the Window-list cinnamon applet and is only
visible in the alt + tab menu
(The window at issue is just the steam chat window with friends)
