Can you paste me contents of the file
/usr/lib/bonobo/servers/GNOME_Evolution_RSS*
and contents of directory /usr/lib/evolution/2.12/plugins/
Please also run these:
# bonobo-activation-run-query "repo_ids.has('IDL:GNOME/ObjectFactory:1.0')"
# bonobo-activation-run-query
"repo_ids.has('IDL:GNOME/Evolution/ConfigControl:2.10')"
and paste the output
