As said in the comment above, it also happens in the LiveCD. My hardware is the following one: CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600 Memory: 4GB RAM VGA: 8800GTS 320MB Motherboard: Asus Commando. Monitor: Philips 200WS (TFT-LCD 20.1", 1680x1050, using DVI connector).
