- I have to monitors. One connect to VGA and a second one connected to

  I have "Screen Energy Saving" enabled. I also have the same background
  in both monitors and panel on each monitor.
  
  When my monitors return from energy saving state, the menubar of the
  HDMI2 monitor is missing. Also the background image is gone. Note, that
  I can still use the second monitor.
  
- To recover the second panel I have to kill plasmashell and restart it. 
- Note, that the applications keep their loation on the screen. So, a 
application visible on HDM2 stays on HDMI2. But if it is maximized, it will 
maximize over the space, that has now been freed by plasmashell.
