If you really intent to upgrade to 5.1.0 you are currently advised to
use https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/libreoffice-5-1
which contains builds for trusty and wily already.
I would like to give it some more testing before putting it up in the
main ppa.
