After `sudo dkms autoinstall`
`/var/lib/dkms/openafs/1.6.14/build/config.log` reveals `cc1: fatal
error: ./include/linux/kconfig.h: No such file or directory` with Linux
4.3.3 (not supported yet, but might be one day).
