I have been working with no problems since Jan. 20. Today an Ubuntu update wanted me to reboot, then after reboot the computer froze when I started Android Studio. Rebooted again, same, and again. What seems to help is when I type
IBUS_ENABLE_SYNC_MODE=1 ibus-daemon -xrd (from here: http://tools.android.com/knownissues/ibus) I'm not sure if this actually works, but now I disabled ibus and I have no freeze. The issue they report is different from what I see. For now, I'll just never reboot my computer. I hope someone is working on the bug. If there's anything I can do, let me know. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1531845 Title: Xorg freeze To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1531845/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
