Binary package hint: debconf
While installing the beta version o Gutsy Gibbon, using 'package-manager -d',
the whole installastion failed due to too many packages failing. The reason
they failed was because of debconf not working properly. The error was
something like:
Error: future import statements need to be declared in the beginning og the
file (python error).
I fixed this by editing the file
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/logilab/devtools/templates/setup.py, moving
the line
from __future__ import nested_scopes
to the top of the file.
