Public bug reported:
When one tries to open VLC it opens briefly and closes. OR if main vlc
window opens then one tries to open playlist window in second window one
can drag it but it jitters a bit then one cannot resize the playlist
window, one can play a list not using play list window if one selects
videos as a group and then open's 'with' vlc. using Xenial 16.04 lts
