Hello, I am a new Linux user and just had this happen.

Running Vinux (Ubuntu 14.04) with MATE desktop, and Wine 1.6.2.

Installed OverDrive 3.4.2 and ended up with two desktop icons:
OverDrive for Windows.lnk (with OverDrive icon), type Shortcut
OverDrive for Windows (with Wine icon), type Desktop Configuration File

Is it safe to delete one of these? Or at least to tuck one of them plus
duplicates for anything else I might install into a folder, to keep from
overly cluttering my desktop? Or will doing anything to either of them
break something?

It would be nice to be able to keep the one with the OverDrive icon, and
ditch the one with the Wine icon, because my mom recognizes the
OverDrive icon. She is visually impaired.
