Steps to reproduce: 1) Rhythmbox 0.10.0 (on Feisty Fawn, not that this would matter much though) 2) Start Rhythmbox 3) Some directory used as the music directory, e.g. /home/wim/music 4) Selected the "Watch my library for new files" option 5) Close Rhythmbox, add new music file, e.g. /home/wim/music/foo.mp3 6) Start Rhythmbox, the new music file is NOT added to your Rhythmbox library -> this is the bug
