The reason it was originally blacklisted is due to the conflict with
binaries from the Ubuntu-modified lxde-common.  Since you intend to
carry over changes from lxde-common, the way to resolve this is to
*first* upload the merged version of lxde-metapackages directly (no need
to sync it first), and *then* it can be removed from the sync-blacklist.
