... which wouldn't install until I removed the Nvidia 173.14.39 package. I don't have the keyboard/mouse issue in the latest Mainline version. However, I now have video issues with ... Bug 1325408 "nvidia-173 173.14.39-0ubuntu3: nvidia-173 kernel module failed to build" ... When I go back to Synaptic, "Linux kernel headers for version 4.4.0 on 64 bit x86 SMP" at linux-headers-4.4.0-040400rc8 is a broken dependency, so I've removed that.
