please report nvidia issues against the right package, and for the
virtualbox issue, if you want to try an unsupported kernel you can't
expect virtualbox to work with it.
You should patch the kernel module to build against the new kernel, and use
virtualbox-source for this.
Otherwise use official kernels were virtualbox should work against.
