Public bug reported: When I tried to upgrade to Ubuntu 15.10, starting on the second step at the middle of the upgrade it will stop and state that I must send "that" message and thats why I send it to make it go an upgrade. I am really sorry Im just a user and dont know much about the codes. AGain I am sorry and thank you.
