Public bug reported:

macbookpro 12,1, dual boot with osx. 1TB drive, shrunk osx to 256,
created 100GB fat32 partition, then created about 430GB encrypted
partition, clicked revert to delete the auto created ext4 / (why does it
do this? Need swap), then created new partition table on encrypted
partition, created 16GB swap partition under the encrypted dev, then
ext4 with the rest. Clicked next, chose timezone, clicked next and
crashed.
