Thanks for this! I've uploaded it to xenial, with one change: I made
the version number 0.9.is.really.0.8.0-0ubuntu3 instead of
0.9.is.really.0.8.0-2.1ubuntu1.
I understand why you used 2.1ubuntu1. But normal version logic doesn't
entirely apply here, since we've gone ahead of Debian in a weird way.
Consider this (unlikely) series of events:
- Debian screws up their own packaging and releases 0.9.is.really.0.8.0-1.
- Then they release -2 and -2.1 updates.
- Finally we go to merge with them and the sensible version number would be
0.9.is.really.0.8.0-2.1ubuntu1.
So we can't use that same version now for a different sort of merge.
