I can confirm that after running Kubuntu Gutsy successfully for a few days the latest update of kaddressbook, kaddressbook 4:3.5.7enterprise20070907-0ubuntu3, now has this problem.
apport prompted me to report it, but I have noticed that this bug report if for an earlier release and is relating to the same file - could it be a regression ?
