Before the maas-devel team was subscribed to this package, it was not
subscribed to any packages at all. Looking at the maas-devel team, it is
owned by maas-maintainers and that team is subscribed to multiple
packages.

Additionally, the goal of having a team subscriber is to have one to
which bugs can be escalated, given that the maas-devel team is an open
team and currently contains 150+ members - I don't think it is a good
fit. Could we switch the package subscriber to maas-maintainers?
