Public bug reported: After update to wily, I have continuous disconnections with a tplink 725N wifi usb dongle that uses the r8188eu driver to the point that the dongle is completely useless.
In vivid, the driver driver shipped with the kernel was problematic but working a bit better (some disconnections, and incorrect link quality reporting, but OK for the rest) so we definitely have a REGRESSION.
