Ok, I did a few more tests using "ColorTiling" and "dri" instead of "ColorTile" and "DRI". I also removed the comments on the DRI section at the end of xorg.conf.
None of the configurations solved the problem. Screen is still slightly scrambled and has an offset to the left.
