[New and Quick solution ]

Hello Ian ,

I have tried as you up to adding break and debugging to booting parameters.
Then I have tried ls /dev/sd* and same its not showing sdb. I have waited for
sometime
But its still not happening.

So just my curiosity forced me to remove USB even system running on
initramfs mode and I reinserted USB again and it shown up right away.

Then I type exit and its starting booting.

Than you Ian and I hope this will help others to solve their issue
quickly.

Regards
Raja
