Public bug reported:
1) Open two instances of gnome-terminal
2) in one of the two windows launch "sleep 4 && gnome-terminal"
3) Click in the terminal launcher icon in order to spread its windows
Expected:
4) After few seconds a new terminal window is mapped and shown in spread
Actual:
3) The window is quickly shown but not added to the spread
