I had made changes to the trackpad settings as well. I mention it b/c I reverted those to defaults, then changed only the 2 scrolling options I really needed to change, and so far I've gotten about 7hrs of usage w/o a freezeup. Will update if I can be sure whether this has actually changed the frequency of the issue
