Symptoms are slightly different from bug 127008 but cause is probably
the same (xprobe.sh on laptop).
No one indicated which driver was being used; I'm assuming it was -i810
or -intel, in which case the fix for 127008 will fix this. If that
isn't the case, please undupe this, and provide additional information
including what driver was used, attach xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log, and the
output from lspci -vvnn, uname -a, and xresprobe <driver>.
