1. Disabling Glance API v1 in glance-api.conf prevents nova from doing any sapshots at all. From nova-api.log indicates it's insisting on v1: This issue has got reproduced in our setup(Kilo).
2.Talking about second scenario creating image using Glance CLI by API v1 and v2 owner attribute is comming in both the cases.
