Public bug reported: Went through power manager testcase. Insured that "Lock screen when system is going for sleep" was checked and that session was set to lock when screensaver was activated. It would not lock after either. I have a desktop computer exhibiting the same symptoms and another desktop where things work as expected, all running same version of power manager.
