Hi,
Thanks dor the response, but this bug report isn't about the upgrade, but about 
a fresh install.
I fixed the problem by redownloading the image formatting the installation usb 
stick.
And I had to switch the target medium. As I said I had a HDD with 1TB 
installed. Because I wanted to try windows 10 I had one SSD spare (because 
windows 10 sucked) and after installing onto the ssd it finally worked. (I went 
so far completely reset the HDD but that didn't help)
