Not fixed for me on Wily, either. Also, I noticed that if you already
have a Nautilus window open on another workspace (even not for a drive),
unlike most other apps (where it switches to the workspace with that app
open and brings the window to the foreground), Nautilus will instead
open a new window on that workspace. I'm pretty sure that this is the
same bug, as unlocking Files from the launcher will also fix this.

  After minimizing a Nautilus window of another partition or external
  media or Trash folder, clicking on the "Files" icon on the Launcher
  again doesn't restore the minimized window, but opens a new one
