Public bug reported: I am unable to manage my disks. When I try so via command line I get this timeout error
$ gnome-disks (gnome-disks:4229): GNOME-Disks-ERROR **: Error getting udisks client: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.UDisks2: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.TimedOut: Activation of org.freedesktop.UDisks2 timed out [1] 4229 trace trap (core dumped) gnome-disks Something is wrong on my Ubuntu 15.04 machine. Even when I slot in an USB stick it won't always recognize it. Sometimes it does after a reboot. Any ideas what this could be? ** Affects: gnome-disk-utility (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1512973 Title: Activation of org.freedesktop.UDisks2 timed out To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-disk-utility/+bug/1512973/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
