It might be the case that we have foo:arch1 and foo:arch2 installed in
the live system, but only want to keep foo:arch2 at the end.
Currently we can't do this - we just discard the architecture.
>From a *quick* browse of the code, I think we'd need to
- pass "package:arch" to record_* (e.g. record_removed)
- have functions that operate on this data (which call
query_recorded_{removed,installed}) assume :host_arch for input which doesn't
have an arch otherwise specified
- make sure functions which manipulate the installed packages via apt can
handle the qualifiers too
