Public bug reported: In 0.4.0b2-1, I had introduced a patch in the Debian package to enable the tests to run for autopkgtest. The patch I created exited the interpreter after running the test, but this will cause problems for users. If they run the tests, they will get kicked out of the python session when the tests are finished running.
This problem was fixed in the next version of the Debian package, but still exists in the version frozen here by Ubuntu.
