For those who still affected by this bug, please note that discussion in a Invalid bug tend to be IGNORED.
This bug was set to "Invalid" due to this version of Ubuntu is no longer supported. To this point we're unable to know if it's fixed in between and broken again, or it's just not working from the beginning.
