I have the same problem, but you can by-pass this bug with setting this 2 option a true in the config file: network.protocol-handler.warn-external.http network.protocol-handler.warn-external.https
That will pop you a box where you can choose which application you want to use to open these protocol. The config file is in the Preferences Menu >> Advanced Tab >> Config Editor... (in the bottom) Type these two option in the search bar to find them for quickly. I tried to reset : network.protocol-handler.expose.http network.protocol-handler.expose.https but that didn't work, so for the moment try the first solution and that will work for now. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1493223 Title: Thunderbird does not a open a link any more To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunderbird/+bug/1493223/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
