After updating the package xe-guest-utilities_6.2.0-1120_amd6.deb (from
xs-tools.iso) to xe-guest-utilities 6.2.0-1120+dsf1-0ubuntu1~15.04.1 the file
/etc/init.d/xe-linux-distribution and it's symlinks in /etc/rc[0-6].d remain.
This causes an attempt to double start/stop /usr/sbin/xe-daemon.
It seems that the file /etc/init.d/xe-linux-distribution has disappeared
in the Ubuntu package and no care is taken to remove this conffile and
the symlinks.
