Hi network-manager bug wranglers,

this bug report has a patch which lets named-manager refuse to update
resolv.conf if the update will result in no nameservers being written to
`/etc/resolv.conf' (which could happen with openvpn if no DNS server is
pushed by the remote endpoint). Does it look sane to you, and if so
could you please apply it?
