I mean, It is mind boggling because the main reason I got an Intel NUC was to pair it with a TV.. but it turns out that linux crashes when the TV goes to standby or OFF mode. OR HDMI gets unplugged.
I think the nvidia driver always makes sure that there is always at least one virtual or mock screen so that libraries don't crash. I think.
