Public bug reported:

see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/proot/5.1.0-1vivid1ubuntu1

however python3-proot unconditionally depends on proot.

this prevents migration of libertine to the release pocket.

workaround: build python3-libertine as architecture dependent package and make
the proot dependencies conditional:
proot [amd64 arm64 armel armhf i386 sh4 x32]
