Public bug reported:
partman/init.d/30parted always forces 'seen' to 'false' for
partman/installation_medium_mounted. This prevents it from being
preseeded, as Colin suggests in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/partman-base/+bug/344976.
