Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wammu

Reproduce by trying to start from Applications -> Accessories -> Wammu.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/wammu", line 31, in <module>
    import Wammu.Locales
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/Wammu/Locales.py", line 59, in <module>
    CONSOLE_ENCODER = codecs.getencoder(CONSOLE_CHARSET)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/codecs.py", line 872, in getencoder
    return lookup(encoding).encode
TypeError: lookup() argument 1 must be string, not None

Runs fine from a console. A diff on env run from a term and as a wrapper
around wammu shows no obvious problem, Appears to be a bug in the
python.
