LauncherModel::applicationRemoved() is connected to ApplicationManager::rowsAboutToBeRemoved().
The line that crashes is applicationManager->get(index)->appId(). Apparently get() returns a nullptr. However, in rowsAboutToBeRemoved() items should still be valid so connected parties can handle it.
