I think this migration script fixes the issue. To test copy your backed
up (original) interfaces file to /tmp/ and run the script like:

 NIF_FILE=/tmp/interfaces.bak-0 sh ifblacklist_migrate.sh

with the new ifblacklist_migrate.sh attached here.
