After a while I tried this USB-Modem again. In Ubuntu 14.04.3 (livecd - laptop): Sometimes the modem was switched correctly, sometimes not (a kernel backtrace occurs at syslog). Also if the system switched the device correctly to 1506, it doesn't appear at the Network-Manager.
I use Fedora 21 on my workstation and it seems to be working correctly.
