Public bug reported: HTTPS Finder is currently not signed by Mozilla. As Mozilla will be enforcing signatures for Add-ons starting with Firefox 42 (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-signing-in-firefox and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Addons/Extension_Signing ) this Add-on will stop working in some weeks.
Besides its pages on GitHub ( https://github.com/kevinjacobs/HTTPS- Finder ) and on Google Code ( https://code.google.com/p/https-finder/ ), it is not on AMO any more ( https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon /https-finder/ ). Is there a way to get a valid signature from Mozilla to keep this great Add-on working? ** Affects: https-finder (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1484200 Title: HTTPS Finder is missing a Mozilla signature and will not execute in future versions of Firefox To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/https-finder/+bug/1484200/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
