Thanks for your suggestions, I agree with the new description for the changelog and the .png removal!
Concerning the gksu, now that we're searching for what's best, don't you think that just "gksu" without -S or -X would do the job? I don't really know the -S option but it looks like it tells gksu to works like sudo, and I know that's not the best idea for a graphical program.
